Il Tempo: Michael, ottima partenza al box office

Roma, 23 apr. (Adnkronos/Cinematografo.it) - Ottima partenza per Michael, il biopic su Michael Jackson diretto da Antoine Fuqua: al primo giorno di programmazione il film ha incassato 1.099.269 euro con 2.295 euro di media copia.
Risultato migliore di Bohemian Rhapsody (anche quello prodotto da Graham King), che nel novembre 2018 aveva aperto con circa 825mila euro per poi incassare poco più di 29 milioni complessivi.
Lo scarto con gli altri titoli presenti in top ten è gigantesco: Lee Cronin – La mummia è in seconda posizione con 72.335 euro e 947.762 euro complessivi, seguito da The Drama, terzo, con 66.905 euro ma l'ottimo totale di 4.696.880 euro.
Super Mario Galaxy scende al quarto posto con 66.840 euro e 12.991.182 euro complessivi, con la riedizione di Prima dell'alba in quinta posizione con 23.306 euro (84.352 euro nei 3 giorni di programmazione).
L'altra uscita evento, Tabù – Egon Schiele, è sesta con 19.552 euro e 63.057 euro in 3 giorni.
Dal settimo al decimo posto troviamo L'ultima missione – Project Hail Mary (14.996 euro e 4.789.947 euro complessivi), ...Che Dio perdona a tutti (9.844 euro e 1.554.966 euro totali), Alla festa della rivoluzione (8.938 euro e 156.017 euro totali) e Lo straniero, con 7.921 euro e 492.830 euro complessivi.

Rome, April 23 (Adnkronos/Cinematografo.it) - Excellent start for Michael, the biopic about Michael Jackson directed by Antoine Fuqua: on the first day of release, the film earned €1,099,269 with an average cinema copy of €2,295.

Better than Bohemian Rhapsody (also produced by Graham King), which in November 2018 opened with approximately €825,000 before earning just over €29 million in total.

The gap with other titles in the top ten is enormous: Lee Cronin – The Mummy is in second place with €72,335 and a total of €947,762, followed by The Drama, third, with €66,905 but an outstanding total of €4,696,880.

Super Mario Galaxy falls to fourth place with €66,840 and a total of €12,991,182, with the re-release of Dawn of the Dead in fifth place with €23,306 (84,352 euro in the 3 days of release).

The other event release, Taboo – Egon Schiele, is sixth with €19,552 and €63,057 in 3 days.

From seventh to tenth place we find The Last Mission – Project Hail Mary (€14,996 and a total of €4,789,947), …Forgive Me All (€9,844 and a total of €1,554,966), At the Revolution Party (€8,938 and a total of €156,017) and The Stranger, with €7,921 and a total of €492,830.
