For a couple of years if you #Googled “#Gisborne #UFO”, pics of my drone would come up in the results. 😂 (Gisborne in Aotearoa would display UFO pics too).

Musta dawned on me thusly@rwg for me: I don’t want to be #googled again, where they start with #donoevil, wind you into a myriad of useful but interconnected apps that you come to rely on, go public, become beholding to shareholders, reduce functionality, charge for things they promised would be free forever, have zero support, reenforce #echochambers, (I could list problems all day) and no easy way to get out.
Never again.

Ogie Ogilthorpe ✅I actually #Googled Out by One Error. The computer discription didn’t make much sense to me, but the fence example cleared it up. Essentially I made the mistake of confusing the (posts) and (planks). So in the counting of years as planks and not posts is where the error occurred. This now makes sense to me not just in this context but when it applies to sports franchises, when they’re celebrating their anniversaries.
