At the upcoming Common Council meeting on Wednesday, July 10, elected officials will vote on whether the City of #Ithaca will opt in to Good Cause Eviction legislation.

If passed, #GoodCause legislation would guarantee lease renewals for all tenants and would protect tenants from unreasonable rent hikes.
