This is a gong mei white tea. I'm a little confused about the age. I know that I previously sampled a brick from 2009, but the vendor presently has a brick from 2012 on their website. I'm not sure which year is this brick. It was wrapped in foil, which was inconvenient, so I tossed the original wrapper. 🤦♂️
It is totally oxidized. The aroma is dank and earthy. The taste is sweet and quite complex but somehow only in the front of my mouth.
