I forgot to mention that if you have dry skin on your shin, this will be doubly hard 😭

I highly suggest moisturizing the night before, or using body grip products for pole like #DewPoint

Personally, I use a #DIY mix of #glycerine and rubbing alcohol that I just spray on my shin

La Cure, c'est un truc de #savonnerie incontournable. Je vous explique (c'est de la chimie mais c'est facile).
On a fait une émulsion entre un liquide super corrosif, le NaOH (Hydroxyde de soude dilué à 32%) dont le PH est de 14, et des graisses (végétales dans mon cas). Cette émulsion se solidifie et se transforme en #savon et #glycérine en dégageant de la chaleur. La glycérine est autour de 7 à 8% naturellement.
