Another weird #medical thing I've dealt with:

It took me until my late twenties to realize I have some sort of #GlutenIntolerance and one of the symptoms for me was blacking out every time i drank whiskey, beer or other grain based alcohol. (Even though Google will say the distillation process removes gluten- I would still react to it, and have a "hangover" sometimes lasting up to two weeks.)
