The weather cleared enough this afternoon that my family and I had a pleasant outing on the Glenbrook Vintage Railway.
Which side of the climate change debate is David Parker on? Against Ministry advice, Parker granted Australian-owned Glenbrook Steel Mill another 35 years of heavy air pollution, with zero conditions. He decided that climate change wasn't considered.
The Mill is NZ's 11th biggest emitter. Taxpayers subsidised their carbon credits to the tune of $117m last year. Shame on Parker. Labour's dogged centrism will fry us all.
So this happened the other day. It was a trip and a half and I can't thank @unMadeGaming enough for having me be a part of it. It does get dark, but isn't that when all the really good character development happens?
