TLDV: Codes of conduct work! Victims are vindicated! And we find out that 2012 was apparently a different time and "times have changed" where you can't just refer to Asian women as "marketing Asian" at the company you own.
Okay so it's been a while since Chris Hadnagy was found by a federal judge to have engaged in sexual misconduct
Quote from Order Granting Summary Judgement May 13 2025
"the fact the allegations of Hadnagy’s sexual misconduct have ultimately been shown to be true is a complete defense"
I am finishing up the script including the excerpts I am going to quote and read from in giving my analysis on this.
Why so long?
1. I am not a fulltime youtuber. I dont make money from YT.
2. I have a life outside of my day job. Martial Arts, Hacker conferences, and other things occupy my time.
3. This is too important of a video to do haphazardly or with little regard to Hadnagy's victims and the impact this has had on the community.
That all being said, I do plan to have the video recording finished this week and I'll have editing done this weekend for publishing early next week.
