These institutions are acting out of fear — fear of litigation, fear of lobby groups, fear of being dragged into a financially ruinous court case they cannot possibly afford to win.
Who funds many of these legal threats? Well let’s just say a fund has been set up by an author to expelliarmus trans people, and to support cases against trans inclusion
