Statement by the Humanitarian Country Team of the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT)* United Nations agencies and NGOs call on Israeli authorities to rescind the requirement introduced on 9 March obliging international non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to share sensitive personal information about their Palestinian employees or face termination of their humanitarian operations in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, including East Jerusalem.
Some pictures of Pretty Happy from last night's gig for Gaza in Dublin's Button Factory.
The lineup for this gig for Gaza is really strong - I'm particularly looking forward to seeing ØXN and Kurdish bouzouki sensation Mohammad Syfkhan. I don't know Junior Brother or Pretty Happy but I suspect they'll be worth my time.
Great lineup. Vicar Street, June 2nd

When I was at the #GigForGaza in the 3Arena last November it struck me that the death toll at the time was about the same as the capacity of the venue (13,000).
In just two month, the death toll has doubled and now exceeds the capacity of Thomond Park (25,600) and stands at 26,637 people.
"Following a tense and fraught week in Dublin, with huge stress and fear among people of colour, this night is a gift of hope at a time of huge pain for Palestinians and anyone yearning for peace."
One of the highlights of last night's #GigForGaza for me was when Joe Brolly welcomed Ibrahim Alagha onto the stage and allowed him to tell his story, and for him to witness the overwhelming love and support that the Irish people have for the people of Palestine.
It was a very moving moment.
