So many leaders want people to trust them, which is exactly backwards
In organizations, positions are typically appointed through the hierarchy and authority of the organization. However, like trust, "leadership" is earned: slowly built and quickly lost.
Asking how to earn trust means admitting you have failed, and more importantly means committing to a change. If you don't uphold those changed behaviors, you will simply lose trust again and consequently fail as a leader no matter how the organization helps you fail upwards.

JadeYep, I reeeeally like reading now. Spend like 4 hours devouring #GideonTheNinth what an amazing book wow, and I am just half finished its amazing I long for me, although some graphic desxriptuons are a bit much. I dediced not to read that one after 8 im the evening now 
Otherwise I am doing fine, met a new boss today called: Boring Uni lecture. But tbh I think it was just that one day and the futute will hold better lectures.(I hope)
Otherwise happy with progress :3 Still have this hunch to instictively grab my phone and idle with it, likr always. But I feel like it is reducing so thats nice :3
Also fuck I had like a full blown mental breakdown today and tbh in the past I would probably just have watched youtube and dissociated but now I just called my best friend and things are fine again???? Fuck yeah thats like such a big big win holy shit wow, very proud about that one :3
Also I seem to have inspired at least 2 people now to do similar things which is just, wow??? I didn't expect that one and it just feel sooo good and like I am defo doing something right :3
Also inspires me to keep posting this here, maybe I can inspire more towarda a less tech life :3

Calico Jesse75% of the way through Harrow, and while I love Gideon, this book is indeed brilliant.
After I finish Nona I will need to re-read from the beginning.
