Sarà per la voglia di evolversi e non rimanere ingabbiata nel personaggio che ti rende celebre, ma la 33enne attrice foggiana non sembra avere dubbi: il personaggio della non vedente che aiuta la polizia in casi delicati di detection non è più nel suo orizzonte professionale. Lo ha raccontato lei stessa in uno scambio rapido di battute durante il Bif&St – Bari International Film & Tv Festival 2026.
Pugliese lei, pugliese il festival, Giannetta si è sciolta rispetto alla continua richiesta dei fan che chiedono se la fiction Rai/Lux Vide tornerà in produzione per una quarta stagione. “Bisogna dire addio ai ruoli che ti danno così tanto, e mentre lo dico mi viene da piangere”, ha sottolineato. “L’attrice che sono cresce in base alla persona. Un attore completo è colui che riesce ad essere autentico con sé stesso”, ha poi spaziato Giannetta ricordando i cinque anni di terapia che l’hanno “ammorbidita” rispetto alla sua testardaggine. L’attrice è poi tornata sui risultati del referendum sulla Giustizia (“Mi sono commossa per l’alta affluenza dei ragazzi, anche le persone che non votavano da anni si sono alzate e sono andate al seggio. Anche i terroni si sono mobilitati”).
Infine ecco i nuovi progetti: dall’8 maggio su Sky sarà nella serie Rosa elettrica; per Netflix nel film Noi un po’ meglio con Elio Germano; mentre in queste settimane è sul set del film La valanga, dove si rievoca la tragedia di Rigopiano: “Mi piace lavorare tanto, ma nello stesso tempo mi preoccupa. Un’artista ha bisogno di staccare per ascoltarsi e capire dove si trova. Quest’estate comunque sono libera e sto progettando diversi viaggi”.

It’s because of the desire to evolve and not get trapped in the character that makes you famous, but the 33-year-old Foggia actress doesn’t seem to have doubts: the role of the blind woman who helps the police in delicate detection cases is no longer on her professional horizon. She herself told this during a quick exchange of remarks during the Bif&St – Bari International Film & Tv Festival 2026.
