کارمندان صحی هلال‌احمر افغانی طی ۳۰ روز گذشته، در ولسوالی‌ها و قریه‌های مختلف ولایت غور، به ٦٠٧٩ #بیمار خدمات صحی مانند: توزیع ادویه، پانسمان زخم‌ها، تطبیق واکسین‌ها، رسیدگی به سوءتغذیه، ارائهٔ مشوره‌های ضروری صحی قبل و بعد از ولادت و تنظیم پلان خانواده ارائه کرده‌اند.

همچنان در بخش ارائهٔ مشوره‌های لازم صحی به ٦٦٣٢ بیمار خدمات ارائه کرده‌اند.

#Medical_teams from the ARCS delivered essential health services across several districts and villages in Ghor Province over the past 30 days. During this period, 6,079 #patients received direct treatment, including health checkups, provision of medicines, wound care, vaccinations, malnutrition assessments, prenatal and postnatal care, and family planning services. An additional 6,632 patients received vital medical consultations.

General President of the #ARCS, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Shahabuddin Delawar, provided #cash_assistance of 50,000 Afghanis at the central headquarters to the head of a family from Kabul’s 12th district. The family lost four members when their home collapsed due to heavy snowfall several days ago.

During the handover, Mr. Delawar expressed his condolences to the family head and assured them that the ARCS stands by them during this difficult time. He also stated that the ARCS plans to provide cash aid soon to 21 other families in #Khost, #Kandahar, #Maidan_Wardak, #Parwan, and #Ghor provinces who also lost family members due to recent snowfall.

It is worth noting that ARCS rescue teams arrived promptly after the incident, transported the injured to the hospital, and, at the request of the family head, transferred the deceased to their ancestral home in #Nangarhar.

The #ARCS, with financial support from the #Austrian_Red_Cross Development Foundation and technical assistance from the #Danish_Red_Cross, has distributed 360 goats to 120 vulnerable families, including those without guardians in Ghalmin district and Ferozkoh city of Ghor province. Each family received three goats to help promote self-reliance.
