Big old self reward/recovery day for my Last Day Of The Semester Teaching In Person (I still have three major projects that I’ll need to grade as well as semester grading, but this is it for the “performance” part of teaching).

Baking nerd adds: the chocolate almond cheesecake is from the #ghirardelli cookbook and I actually made it last summer for Shavuot! I’m the only one in the family who liked it, so I froze it and have been eating it very slowly slice by slice. Deliciousness undiminished!

And there went the last of my #WaterCured #AVB #weed. Making cannabutter, then cooling it and adding it immediately to #Ghirardelli #Chocolate #Brownies. Then baking it all up, cooling it, and making the best dessert known to man. I just need the right kind of ice cream next.

And really giddy-up with the #pax3, making more AVB. In the end, all of this has rendered me into a very complicated decarbing machine. LOL.

Somehow I will cope. ;)
