German police goes old tech when it comes to safely apprehend a mentally disturbed woman with a knife.

Officers wore full body chain armor under the ballistic vest before entering and apprehending. The woman was safely transferred to the psychiatric hospital. No shooting of sick persons, officers unharmed. And it's not exactly the same material as in the #MiddleAges.
