There's an interesting #German thing. (Maybe #GermanCulture thing.) When it rains, doctors' offices are **full** with older/retired people. On sunny days, not so much. I've confirmed this #anecdata with a couple of doctors' offices' employees.

This is most certainly a by-product of having a good/inexpensive #HealthCare system, and maybe some lonely old people looking for something to do when the sun doesn't shine.

So. Does this also happen in other countries with #UniversalHealthCare?

bread or "Zwiebelstange" (Onion Stick a meter long similar bread but baked with Onions inside which gives the bread a special taste)

Since both products are highly processed products and eaten raw it's important to keep the cold storage up all the time so I would make it at the location.

Of course the final product can be flavored with more spices and herbs but the classic topping is some salt and/or pepper some fresh slices of white onions (also raw) and bit of parsley.
