🚮 Waste disposal is a huge challenge in many parts of the world.

We have worked with OpenMap Development Tanzania on a workflow to use unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to precisely detect dumpsites.

This helps to adhere to environmental regulations and reduce flood and disease-related risks.

We tested this workflow on the Msimbazi River Delta in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
