Det är svårt att inte se Judit Butlers bok Who’s Afraid of Gender? som en kommentar till hur andras läsning av Butlers tidigare texter används som kritik mot transrörelsens framväxt, de senaste åren. Något som Butler med all tydlighet inte varit bekväm med.

It belongs to the #cryptic S. carnaria-#speciesgroup S. #carnaria itself is distributed throughout the #Palearctic region and is a #parasitoid of earthworms. H. E. Moore et al. (2021) used #cuticularhydrocarbon (CHC) profiles to differentiate 11 Sarcophaga species (including S. carnaria) from each other

Ich hab versucht zu recherchieren, und anscheinend ist es „der Rote Panda“, wenn es um die Art geht, und „das Rote Panda-Männchen“ bzw „das Rote Panda-Weibchen“, wenn's ums Geschlecht geht.
„Panda“ selbst hat ja gar kein Genus, du könntest insofern auch „die Rote Panda“ sagen.
