Rather than condemn the intensification of Israel's genocide, UK PM Keir Starmer held a press conference to celebrate the death in battle of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. His tweet of his speech was flooded with negative comments, far more than the 'likes' or shares until a mysterious surge of untraceable likes hours later.

The attacks have included widespread targeting of children, as US and other doctors working in Gaza have previously reported.
