1)I was going to go and watch the new John Wick by myself, but my bladder has other ideas. It’s been even worse since I was very ill the other week, even going to the shop ( less than 1 min from my door) is a gamble. I’m going between 3 and 6 times an hour.

I met with a Psychiatrist today to have an #ADHD and general #MentalHealth assessment done.

He insists that #GeneralisedAnxietyDisorder ( #GAD ) fits my symptoms, and prescribed me divalproex to compliment the SNRI I already take.

That I have GAD is not a surprise. The internet says that GAD and ADHD have similar symptoms. I am concerned because the Internet also says there is high comorbitity of ADHD and GAD.

Is anyone willing to share their experiences with divalproex and GAD?
