話說大約二十年前，台灣已經有學術研究指出 #肺癌防治 的公共衛生政策有 #性別偏見 #GenderBias 的情況，導致多年來相關經費幾乎被 #菸害防治 團體獨佔，造成實質上社會人口組成的 #性別歧視 結果（「經費優先用於延長台灣男性的平均餘命」）。
