Friday from 9am to 9pm I played a massive game of Twilight Imperium, Fourth Edition, which was epic and saw me dying horribly.
I was definitely the "mixed" in mixed company which found me playing next to a tournament level ti4 player (who was frustratingly condescensing at times) and the owner of the custom painted figurines and boars (who was kind and patient).
12 hours well spent
On Thursday, we got in some Tiny Epic Cthulhu and... we were very pleasantly surprised.
- low expectations
- poorly organized manual that doesn't lead through the game well
+ outstanding co-op play
- center tentacle spinner needs more defined front and "da butt"
JEEEEEZ Dune - War for Arrakis, the #boardgame takes up a TON of space
no complaints, just O_O
