Die Krise in der Gastronomie spitzt sich weiter zu: Laut einer Auswertung der Creditreform sind im Jahr 2025 mehr als 2900 Betriebe insolvent gegangen. Das entspricht einem Anstieg von rund 30 Prozent gegenüber dem Vorjahr – und markiert den höchsten Stand seit 2011.
