"EEGs were recorded before and during cooking (14 min) and 30 min after the cooking sessions. The brain fast-wave band (beta) decreased during exposure, similar to people with neurodegenerative diseases."

I used to be one of those people who'd hate on electric stoves saying gas is much better, but once I was forced to use it it really didn't matter much. Now back to gas because my new house came with it, and it's really all the same for most food.

Well, #today I learned (#Dutch) #pancakes are an exception. I haven't had pancakes this good in years! I have no clue why, while other exceptions are obvious (like wok). But it is.
