My wife and I were going to spend another week or so in Florida before driving back home to Baltimore for the rest of the year, but having lived through the oil crises of the 70s, we decided to return early. We can handle high gas prices but we'd be in trouble if gas became unavailable on the road.
All it would take would be one moronic post <cough> <tRump> <cough> that panics people and they'll be draining the gas stations to fill their SUVs.
