Here’s our first kitchen/garden project for today. Home-made apple sauce using St. Lawrence apples from the tree in our back yard! The mechanical peeler/corer/slicer is an amazing device, and makes prep super easy. We still have a *lot* of apples to get through but this is a start. Happily, the whole family likes this stuff! 😀🍎🍎🍎

Last year the birds swooped in and ate every last cherry before they were even ripe, I wonder if they'll leave us one this year. Not counting on it but we'll see 😅
