Just wanted to say, found a really cool new site to organize play sessions, especially for older games but not limited to that. Posting it in case anyone is interested, you create a session, fill in the details and people can show their interest in joining when the hour comes, really looking out for its growth

New website to revive old games without active players! My friend posted it yesterday and I didn't believe. Now I have seen the error of my ways!

Bookmark it! Check it when you're bored!

I made a website to revive dead multiplayer games: GameDate

GameDate is basically a super simple way to set up multiplayer sessions without all the usual nonsense. no accounts. no signups. no profiles. just post a game, set a time, and see who shows up.

also the vibe? straight up old school Steam GUI energy. early 2000s PC gaming feel. that green/grey aesthetic hits different.

if you’ve ever said “man I wish people still played this” this is literally for that....

OOO. This is such an awesome lil project. Hoping this breathes some new life into the classic games.

Also heck yeah for the classic Steam theming.
