Surprising that Bungie doesn't have *any* internal archived offline builds of old content. Just Loremasters and YouTube to reference the past?
The judge ruled Bungie can't use YouTube videos to defend against a copyright claim, which seems unreasonable at first. But Bungie had previously tried to have the case thrown out because it relied on "publicly accessible fan-made content and third-party websites" -- presumably YouTube and wikis.
