Prosecutors won’t seek death penalty against woman accused in infant daughter’s death in Galveston

Yonko's attorney, Margaret Hindman, confirmed that the decision to not seek the death penalty was mentioned during an evidence discovery hearing in Galveston County on Wednesday.
