Houston-area immigration nonprofit sues federal agencies over legal services for unaccompanied children

The Galveston-Houston Immigrant Representation Project (GHIRP) is one of several nonprofits that filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, its Office of Refugee Resettlement and the U.S. Department of the Interior. The federal contract that funds nonprofits like GHIRP is not being renewed.
