#2A #GVP Interesting decision from the 10th Circuit yesterday in United States v Davis, reversing a conviction for unlawful gun possession by a felon, b/c it concluded the prior "felony" conviction was wrongly sentenced and therefore didn't qualify under 922(g)(1).
