I think we must be at cross-purposes here somehow. #SRS is the acronym for #SexReassignmentSurgery, though it has several [sometimes country-specific] similar names with associated acronyms [eg, #GAS #GenderAffirmationSurgery, #GRS #GenitalReconfigurationSurgery].

Around the period of my research into & then having of SRS in the early Oughties, there were some people using the entirely silly "definition" of #GRS as "Gender Reassignment Surgery" [silly & wrong coz the entire problem of #GenderDysphoria is that we need to fix our bodies to match our self-known gender identity, not the other way around. I truly hope that incorrect term has died out by now].

In any event, semantics aside, they all mean the same surgical procedure [in the overview, anyway, though there's variants of specific techniques].

I was/am so critical of the article coz "castration" is not simply misleading, but is specifically the sort of inflammatory pejorative used by despicable transphobes & transmisics in pursuit of their ignorant RWNJ christofascism.

I have a question: Let's say, I have a (rather long) list of coordinates in a not very widely used coordinate reference system (World Mollweide, EPSG:54009 in this case). Is there an easy way to convert that into something more widely used?
Something like csv in > csv out, only with different coordinates?

Ay ay ay. Ya gal's looking at getting a secondary underport installed, but choosing a surgeon/clinic is proving very stressful.

Someone suggested "go to Reddit for discussions", but when I get there, I find comments saying that my so-far second choice, Dr Ivan Mañero, is locally known as "the butcher" and sues any negative reviews into oblivion.

Would really love to hear accounts that confirm/deny this, particularly from Spanish trans folks.

Failing this, yer recommendations? Please note I am not considering US-based surgeons due to, well, the whole fascism thing.

i have a friend here whose healthcare is sending her to Utrecht for bottom surgery (vagionoplasty). The surgeon that she wanted was unavailable, so they are sending her to the gender clinic in Bosch en Duin.

Does anybody have any experience with this clinic for grs?
