"In the United States, we get equal rights. No one gets extra rights."

Right now in Louisiana registered Democratic voters outnumber
Republican voters. So you’d think the congressional map should yield more Democratic majority districts than Republican, right? But no. Our Republican governor and legislature are plotting to adopt a map that has at least 5 of 6 (83%) majority Republican districts.

Clearly Landry believes in extra rights for his own people.
