A personal friend of Gov Gianforte's... a billionaire RE developer starts buying up all the property around family farms. Quickly shuts off access to hay roads & irrigation ditches their family has used for more than a C. Flashes$ & power around the co. to get regs changed so he can subdivide & build mansions-for-sale near these folk's ranch HQ. They're nearly in tears when they call -GG gives these ppl big tax breaks.
