Grinnell Glacier Trail in Glacier NP. First time in Grizzly country. Bear spray mandatory by NP. Also rangers said trail running (park literature said verboten) and solo hiking were additional risk factors. Oh well did both. Ran when trail visibility permitted. Grizzlies and moose were on the trail based on conversations with other hikers on the trail.
