NEW #Blog post: My First Game Jam
A retrospective on all the things I did and learned, and what I will do differently.
My #gmtk2025 #GameJam entry is now open source!
Finally, we have the results from GMTK 2025! And I should say, I liked the results!
I was really not expecting any high-performance results, but what I achieved says a lot about what I was able to accomplish.
Considering my results, my best performance was in Enjoyment, which makes me think that, from all things considered, my games are fun! Or at least, that's the most prominent characteristic of them. And that's good!
Hey, I made a game for the GMTK jam!
It's a reverse rhythm game where you compose beat loops to beat! levels.
Play "Ninja Step 🥷 beats to sneak/infiltrate to" here:

Only 2 days left to vote on Sir Rocket and The Very Tall Tower! Wouldn’t you like to play the game that people are calling “silly and simple” and “goofy as hell”?
Your feedback would be immensely appreciated!
Do you or a friend have the ability to vote in the GMTK Game Jam? My game only has 6 votes right now, and I would really love to get this sucker in front of as many eyeballs as I can! Sir Rocket and The Very Tall Tower is a fun time, and easy to play!
My son's entry in the #GMTKJam game jam is available to play on desktop (in-browser, and downloadable on windows).
Give it a spin, and a review too if you are so inclined!
A promised, here are some better pictures of the art:

Had some fun in the GMTK Game Jam 2025!
I did the art for this game - wish I had more time to work on it, but that's always how it goes I guess haha. I'll post some better pics of all the art in another post.
