I will say, the #HRRR and #GFS weather models have done quite good on the initial band of showers moving through southern #Idaho.

I've been watching the GFS weather model for the last 9 days, and I'm impressed. But I'm not always impressed ... sometimes it doesn't do very good at the 6-10 mark.

Curious if the wide variation in the GFS is a result of declining weather model data in the United States, it tends towards more snow than the other models, or what. Or maybe it will verify? So interesting. Does Dallas have snowplows?
