I bought the second one when I thought the first one had a dead main switch. I kept the first one in it's box looking to replace the switches (learning how to solder in the process).
But yesterday I took it out and saw it was working again, just like that. Quite a resurrection for the little one.
It IS my Toyota, my #ForeverMouse.
Lets talk about the #ForeverMouse, @Logitech. You already made it. It's the #G305.
If the battery dies, you replace it (I use rechargeable batteries). If you know how to solder, you van easily replace the switches. If it is too heavy, you can mod it to your needs (and there is a great community around that.)
#Logitech should take the @frameworkcomputer approach instead. No subscriotion, Just a durable and repliable piece of technology. Like a Rolex.
