Hot fix release is completed to make the mobile experience more usable. Take a look at these screenshots!

Fixes:
- Mobile icon now shows your custom avi if you set in linked accounts
- Instances list is actually readable on mobile now
- Linking fediverse accounts is now actually manageable via mobile
- Force redirect users to www.furryfediverse.org when coming in without the www for CDN reasons... was causing issues with logins/registrations

Whelp… I major rewrite, and now I test mobile… and just very disappointed that I totally missed considering mobile compatibility. Guess tomorrows work will be hot patches for mobile devices too have a better experience and actually usable.
