The recently passed government funding bill excluded provisions for pediatric cancer research, including the Give Kids a Chance Act, due to interventions by President-elect Donald Trump and (elected to nothing) Elon Musk, who opposed certain elements of the bill. 
The Give Kids a Chance Act aimed to provide 190 million dollars for funding for pediatric cancer research. Why? Because the 439 Billion Dollar man, Elon Musk, had a “whim.” #ElonMusk #Trump #FundingBill
