Hungary violated EU law when it banned children from accessing LGBTQ+ content, the EU’s top court ruled Tuesday, ordering Budapest to scrap the legislation.

Viktor Orbán had banned mentions of homosexuality in media accessible to children and outlawed Pride marches.
