That's a rare Full Cold Moon Saturday morning at 4:02 am EST. It will be the least illuminated Full Moon of the year at 99.82%. Not only that, it's also an Extreme Full Moon, meaning it is the most northerly moonrise and moonset at Full Moon until December 2043.
