A day at the Südfriedhof

A week ago I packed my Fujifilm X-Pro1 and Revue 6×6 and headed to the Südfriedhof in Wiesbaden, a huge cemetery I’ve wanted to visit since moving to Wiesbaden.

I’ve always liked going to graveyards and enjoying the silence, looking at the different graves and searching for the oldest.

Plants at the Zoo

Last weekend we went to the Frankfurt Zoo and of course I took my camera with me. I decided to go with the Fujifilm X-Pro1 and Konica Hexanon 28mm F3.5 lens. With a crop factor of 1.5 the 28mm lens is a 42mm lens equivalent. I really like the 28mm F3.5 both on my analog cameras as well as on the X-Pro1 or Canon EOS 1000D.

Beautiful Rhine landscapes

A week ago or so I was on a beautiful hike through the Niederwald near Rüdesheim with some colleagues from AOE. I’ve actually never been to Rüdesheim before, despite living “close” all my life.

I brought my Fujifilm X-Pro1 and the Konica Hexanon 40mm f1.8 lens.

A cold walk in the park

The weather was really nice today, -6 degree Celsius with bright sunshine, so I headed out to the Kurpark to take some photos.

I’m just falling more and more in love with the Fujifilm X-Pro 1, it gets me excited to go out and take photos!
