I estimate that the US strategic oil reserve will run dry on October 1st of this year based on data from a chart at https://ycharts.com/indicators/us_ending_stocks_of_crude_oil_in_the_strategic_petroleum_reserve 🛢️

Been hearing that we have mere weeks left in reserves and, remembering the 1979 oil embargo (same shit, different decade), began getting concerned that I may no longer have access to fuel at any price so I found some numbers to run and perhaps have at least some better idea about how long I have to prepare. ⛽
