America is a car country. For decades, millions of families relied on inexpensive cars to get from home to work and school. Now, a growing number of americans can't afford one.
Sustainable transportation for car seats. Still impossible to pass in the bike/pedestrian path.

Can This Chaotic Brooklyn Plaza Be Car-Free? Mayor Mamdani Says Yes.

The Most Controversial Street in London
This is such an excellent video. The mayor of a suburb(?) in London is trying to revert changes made to a neighborhood which made it a low-traffic neighborhood (LTN), which made the streets safer, quieter, and overall more pleasant for the residents. Really well presented, empirically backed evidence that it’s safer, and overall just a more livable place due to fewer cars passing through. Also, 71% of people in that suburb(?) don’t own cars, which I find amazing. Fuck the mayor. He was told twice by residents that they don’t want the new changes (i.e., more cars) and told twice by the high court that he can’t undo the LTN stuff… and now he’s going to the supreme court to get more cars passing through. Incredibly infuriating.
