People are struggling to pay rent, buy food/medications/living essentials & our local CRD board gets a loan to help criminal cops/RCMP. FYI - For non-locals -> many RCMP CIRG are from Nanaimo, Langford/Colwood, North Island, Northern BC, Winnipeg, rural Alberta areas. These places have higher amount of Conservative racist voters too - it's no coincidence.
RCMP CIRG is a voluntary corporate mercenaries unit & they're paid more than regular RCMP officers. Their main job is to protect ecocidal corporate interests, not public interests. That's why I call them corporate mercenaries. They're a heavily militarized unit & many COs are openly racist too. I have dealt with CIRG face to face multiple times, in multiple areas of BC. They're violent armed domestic terrorists who break multiple laws with impunity. They were created by BC government in 2017, under colonial crime boss, John Horgan. I hate that man, even post-death.
