Bit_formSo my landlord originally had fuxked up when attempting to increase the rent, and accidentally put the same amount from this past year.
After them calling us catching it, they made it sound like their fuck up was our fault. They then ask us to start paying for the increase right away. ("Know your rights" incoming)
We said "NO WAY BUCKAROO. If you provide us with a new notice, in 90 days we can definitely arrange for the adjusted amount as per provincial rental law."
Fuck landlords, and landlord sympathy.
