Yeah, I learned this lesson earlier this year when a man lied to me about clicking “support” for a house bill about body autonomy. I guess he didn’t realize I could go look at who clicked what (it’s public information) & when I said something he was like “well I didn’t know which one so I guessed” bruh it was in the text you replied to but you could have ASKED. Or googled. Or just said that you forgot to do it. Lying was definitely the best choice. 🤦🏻♀️
This same man scoffed at me one day when I said something about how I won’t date men who do something (I don’t even remember what) and he was all “Well that’s judgmental!” Nah, it’s “picking better” so you guys don’t claim any abuse I receive is my fault. Furthermore, I wouldn’t have survived to 52 years old while dating men without being somewhat “judgmental”.
Not being judgmental is how I ended up with a 32-year-old boyfriend when I was 15.
Not being judgmental is how I ended up with a cocaine addiction and black eyes at 18.
Not being judgmental is how I ended up with a hobosexual in my home who tried to have me arrested for kicking him out.
So yeah, ok old rich white dude, judge me for being judgmental. Whatever.
