If that woman dies, the officer should be charged with manslaughter. Especially as he may have caused her head trauma during the arrest.

This guy definitely thought he was saving the day. In truth, he was engaging in abuse and made it clear to the public that he poses a threat for as long as he's an officer.

Had a cop pop their door and almost got out in Philly when i stopped at a stop sign and they were blocking the intersection
