As others have pointed out, the Sheldon Brown site is great. GRIN is great for e-cycle stuff, and part of what we would miss out on is the community we have here in #BikeNite as well as a larger community on PeerTube and other places where folks are producing more ethical and accurate information.

@ascentale @daihard @bikenite A3. I guess it depends on the definition of "AI". I don't program, so it could be there are things I'm using that machine learning is behind. Probably translation apps, for instance.
But when it comes to genAI, trained on stolen works, steered by swollen jerks, and run in ways that pollute as well as increase climate change, no. I do everything I can to avoid it. I've dumped developers whose products I had been buying because they went AI.

KhaleerEverytime when at job we have conversation, and my boss proposes me - "hey, that's a great idea, talk with chatbot about it" I take 30 minutes break to take a walk, make myself a food or just work on mine personal stuff. When I am back, I just work on my previous idea as I intended.
