One of the sickest type of "AI" slop I see almost daily is people making it feature disabled people. Wonky wheelchairs, barely recontructing accessability features, and sanitized looking ambigous (thin) people that on quick glance look "perfect" with smoothest (usually white) skin.

This slop is drowning actual disabled people's images online and that has power to sway people to see disability in a wrong light.

Do not share it. Report it and block these bots.
